There are current youth
programs - like after-school sports (including soccer, basketball and
softball); Little League; Soccer Camp and more - open to girls and boys
on 3 skill levels.
Dedicated volunteers serve
as coaches, assistant coaches and referees. They teach rules, techniques
and proper training methods...but more importantly, they show how
teamwork and good sportsmanship can translate into good citizenship.
With your support, Tennis
Camp, Junior Achievement, Community Theater and Travel Club will be
developed too.
To learn more about the
programs, registration fees, available scholarships, schedules, the Town
tennis courts, the "tennis honor code" or to help with any current or
future programs, please call Troy or Bob.
The Community Activities
side of this commission seeks, organizes and implements a wide array of
activities of interest to people of all ages. e.g. exercise & craft
classes, music events, plays and more. Some of these Community
Activities will be held at the
Community Center
