9:30am  Memorial Day Parade, sponsored by the Memorial Day Parade Committee

(begins at the Congregational Church, ends at Town Hall)

10:30am  Ceremony at Town Hall

11:30am  Ice Cream, courtesy of We-Li-Kit Farm

11:30am-2pm  BBQ at the Community Center, sponsored by the Hampton Recreation Commission

11:30am-2pm  Hampton Elementary School House Models Display / Burnham-Hibbard Open House, sponsored by the Historical Society

Noon  Little River Naval Ceremony, sponsored by American Legion Post 106

(at the bridge at the foot of Hammond Hill)

12:30pm  Concert at the Community Center featuring Rick Spencer with a program of songs fitting the celebration of Decoration Day, sponsored by the Hampton Recreation Commission

Afternoon  Baseball tourney, sponsored by the Hampton Recreation Commission

Monday, May 30th features the town's beloved Memorial Day parade, Naval memorial, remembrances and speeches, followed by a chicken barbecue at the Community Center on Main Street.  This year we will be bringing back the baseball tourney in the afternoon.  There's no need to register in advance - bring bats and gloves if you have them, and teams will be assembled based on who shows up.  All folks are welcome - men and women, and kids 12 and over.  You can email Rec Commission Chair Bob Johnson at thejohnnyjohnsons@yahoo.com if you plan to attend, but this is not necessary.  PLAY BALL!!
