Sam Alexander, from NECCOG, will be giving an informational presentation regarding the 2015 Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. He will review the plan's content, the need for a plan, and the regulations governing the creation of the plan. He will also elicit feedback from the public and members of departments, boards, and commissions that wish to attend.
