- Please respond to the email about the luncheon if you plan on attending. Everyone needs to respond for themselves.
- Do not send me a list of names of attendees. Again, everyone needs to respond for themselves.
- If you have an issue and cannot respond please designate one person, and one person only, to respond for you.
- All responses need to go to the club email, hamptonseniors01@gmail.com. This is so I can file them and refer to them if needed.
- Always remember to specify the vegetarian option if that is what you want.
- If you responded that you would attend but something comes up, please let us know you will not be able to attend so we can offer your meal to someone else.
