On Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7:30pm in the Community Room of the Town Hall, senior students from the University of Connecticut's Department of Landscape Architecture will present a "build out analysis" of the Town of Hampton. A build-out analysis is a tool that is used to estimate and describe the maximum amount and location of (future) development that would be allowed to occur under the current zoning and subdivision regulations.
